Sitecore XP/XC 10 installation - Identity Server gives 502 error

 You might install Sitecore XP instance successfully but when browsing Identity Server, it returns 502 error.

That could be caused by not having .NET Core 2.1.16 installed in your system as you can check from Sitecore.IdentityServer.Host.runtimeconfig.json. Even if you have higher .NET Core version installed.


Grabbing the installer here will fix it: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-aspnetcore-2.1.16-windows-x64-installer

Troubleshooting Sitecore XP 9.2 - Experience Analytics error - Exception System.ArgumentNullException: typeKey should not be null.

It isn't uncommon when you open up the Experience Analytics dashboard hoping to see some beautiful graphs and charts showing analytics data and boom! It welcomes you with the ugly red lines: I am usually very calm when dealing with errors in this dashboard because I have seen many root causes and found the fixes for them. Usually they are caused by certificate issues here or there . CI/CD with TeamCity + Sitecore 9.2 + Unicorn

In this post, I will tell you how to setup CI/CD for Sitecore 9.2 with TeamCity. Solution Update Prerequisites: - Sitecore 9.2 project/solution created Firstly you would want to be able to synchronize Sitecore items between environments. I choose to use Unicorn which can be installed to your solution via Nuget. The version that I am using are 4.1.1. You will need to install both Unicorn & Unicorn Core packages: You can notice that the target framework for Unicorn packages are .NET Framework 4.7.2 which I use for my Sitecore 9.2 solution. Assuming that you have already known how to use Unicorn, the only place that you need to change to enable automatic deployment of Sitecore items is in Unicorn.Configs.Default.config By default, the value is false, you will need to update the above value to true. However I would not want to touch the default config file. I will create a transformed configuration file and update this value. I prefer using profile configuration
